At Saveur de Paris, our journey began with a dream: to share the authentic taste of French pastry with communities across California. Founded by Nizar Marghli and Emna Saya, two passionate entrepreneurs with deep European roots, the bakery was born out of a love for tradition, excellence, and the simple joy of a perfectly baked croissant.

Our Story

After years of traveling through France and falling in love with the rich culture of artisanal baking, Nizar and Emna set out to bring those same flavors and experiences to the United States. What started as a small venture quickly turned into a growing business, now operating across over 20 farmers markets in Southern California, including Redlands, Upland, Fontana, Malibu, La Jolla, and North Hollywood.

From day one, they made a promise: no shortcuts, no compromises—just real French pastry, made the traditional way. That’s why Saveur de Paris imports its flour and butter directly from France and collaborates with one of LA’s most respected French pastry brands, Sweet Temptation. Together, they ensure that each item meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
